Proudly B Corp Certified & Part of Gen B

Since February 2014, Jim’s Organic Coffee has proudly held B Corp Certification, reflecting our mission to use business as a force for good.

This March, we’re celebrating B Corp Month, joining thousands of businesses worldwide that are raising the bar for social and environmental responsibility.

Certified B Corporations meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. This certification aligns with our core values, ensuring that every step of our process—from sourcing to roasting to packaging—upholds our commitment to positive impact.

For us, B Corp Certification is more than just meeting high standards. It’s about embracing the B Corp ethos and continually assessing and improving our impact. Some examples of how we do this:

Transparency– We’re committed to ethical sourcing, responsible business practices, and ongoing improvement.

Sustainability– From working with organic farmers to using renewable energy and innovating eco-friendly packaging, we prioritize environmental stewardship.

Community – We support coffee growing communities with the help of Child Aid and the Costa Foundation, so that we can invest in people and contribute to a thriving planet.

“Being a B Corp is a promise—one that holds us accountable to the values we’ve upheld since day one. It means our customers can trust that every cup of Jim’s Organic Coffee reflects our deep commitment to doing business the right way.”  ~ Jim Cannell, Founder & CEO

Our dedication to improvement reflects the broader B Corp movement's belief in progress over perfection.

This year’s theme, Gen B, recognizes the people and businesses leading the charge toward a better future.

Gen B isn’t just a generation—it’s a movement. It’s made up of businesses and individuals who believe in leading for good, taking action, and creating a more sustainable and inclusive economy.
