Introducing Jim’s Organic Coffee’s Certified Regenerative Organic Colombian Coffee
At Jim’s Organic Coffee, we believe that great coffee starts with care—for the planet, for farmers and their communities.
Today, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Colombian Certified Regeneratively Grown Organic Coffee from Tolima, Colombia. This coffee is a testament to our commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing.

Certified by ROA (Regenerative Organic Alliance), this Certified Regenerative Organic Colombian Coffee is sourced from the Del Rio cooperative in Tolima, a region known for its volcanic soil and ideal growing conditions.
With every sip, you’ll enjoy tasting notes of brightness, milk chocolate, and berry, with a nice body to it.
What sets this coffee apart is the certification it holds.
Certified Regenerative Organic coffee goes beyond organic standards, prioritizing soil health, biodiversity, and fair treatment of workers. It’s coffee that nurtures the earth while delivering unmatched quality in your cup.

At Jim’s, this is always the way we’ve always done business. All our coffees are grown with regenerative farming methods that enrich the soil, conserve water, and restore ecosystems.
With the introduction of certified regenerative organic options, we’re giving our customers an easy way to align their purchases with their values.
The main difference between Certified Regenerative Organic and Regeneratively Farmed is the certification, with soil testing being a key factor. Certified Regenerative Organic farms undergo rigorous third-party soil testing to measure improvements in soil health, carbon sequestration, and ecosystem impact. In contrast, regeneratively farmed operations may follow similar practices but are not always required to test or verify soil health outcomes.
Both approaches emphasize biodiversity, but certification ensures strict standards with regular audits, while non-certified farms have more flexibility without formal oversight. This is similar to our stance on fair trade: while all our coffees are ethically sourced, we offer certified fair-trade options to give you that extra layer of transparency.
What is Regenerative Organic Agriculture?
"Regenerative organic agriculture is a collection of practices that focus on regenerating soil health and the full farm ecosystem. To be truly regenerative, a system must consider all players in the farm system — from the soil microbiome to the animals to the workers. After all, farmers are the stewards of our lands, and with the power of regenerative organic agriculture, can completely change the direction of our future." - ROA, Regenerative Organic Alliance
